International Nurses' Orientation and Transition Program
As a leading Health Care Services Provider of the San Francisco Bay Area, Nursing Resources is always searching for the best talents of the industry to satisfy its growing consumer demand. Nursing Resources registers a growth of 25% annually. The growth is realized on the basis of a rapidly expanding field and administrative work force, consisting mainly of RN's. Expansion of the clinical work force is accomplished through an aggressive recruitment policy, locally and internationally.
Nursing Resources has a "Global Recruitment Team" comprised of knowledgeable recruiters in the South East Asia and Europe, experienced immigration attorneys and a hospitality staff to welcome the foreign recruits to the States and ensure a smooth transition to their new surroundings.
All needs of newcomers are well thought out and arranged for by the hospitality staff in detail: New members of the Nursing Resources Family are welcomed by the hospitality staff at the San Francisco Airport and driven to their lodgings arranged by the company prior to their arrival. The apartment complex is exclusively for the Nursing Resources nurses, especially selected for its convenient location; it is within walking distance to all modes of transportation with easy access to all major freeways, as well as its close proximity to major area hospitals.
As the number of units is limited, interested parties are encouraged to contact Emmie at emmie@bayareanursing.com and make the proper arrangements to reserve their apartment.
New arrivals are provided with a company car (if available) for a limited time, i.e., 8 weeks, until they obtain their own vehicle. If the company cars are not available, because other nurses are using them temporarily, Nursing Reosurces can advance cash up to $1500 to the nurses to purchase their cars after signing a Promissory Note. Payments towards paying down the cash adnace are done in equal paymenets in 6 months with 0% interest. They are also assisted with the procurement of a cell phone, opening of a new bank account and other mundane necessities so that they could make the transition as smoothly as possible and start earning their salary.
New arrivals go through a comprehensive orientation with our administrative staff to insure proper documentation of their papers as well as training with Human Resources, Clinical and Scheduling Departments. They are given ample opportunity to understand and ask questions about their new work environment and familiarize themselves with their new living arrangements.
