Management Team

Nursing resources offers the community an impressive expertise and experience of over 100 years combined at the management level. The executive/management team includes:

	Mehtap “Emmie” Malazgirt, MA President & CEO Ms. Malazgirt is the Administrator and the CEO of the agency. Prior to coming on board with Nursing Resources, she has successfully started and managed a number of companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a graduate degree from University of California, Berkeley. She has served on the boards of number of organizations and is an active member of the California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH).
	Khalid A. Baig, MD Medical Director Dr. Baig is the Medical Director of Nursing Resources. He also serves on the agency’s Board of Directors and the Professional Advisory Committee. He is a tireless advocate of quality patient care. He has an impressive portfolio, including the Chief of Staff position at the Washington Hospital in Fremont, California, and a number of publications.
	Cleofe C. Alejandro, RN, BSN Director of Clinical Services Ms. Alejandro directs and oversees the entire clinical operation and all patient care services rendered by Nursing Resources. She has over 25 years of home health experience. She is a fierce advocate for field staff education and in-service training and an excellent mentor.
	Freida L. Magnaye, RN, BSN Clinical Case Manager Ms. Magnaye heads the Pediatric Department of the agency. She has had an impressive professional career including work overseas prior to joining Nursing Resources over 5 years ago.
	Sandra Baker, RN Clinical Case Manager Ms. Baker is the Diabetic Educator of the agency and oversees our diabetic patient population. She has a wealth of home health experience.
