Nursing Resources is a leading provider of skilled nursing and one-on-one
care services in the San Francisco Bay area. We have been in business very
successfully since 1990 and during that time we have achieved a level of
excellence in the home care field that has earned us Accreditation with
"Commendation" from JCAHO since 1996. The company is headquartered in
Fremont with a branch office in San Mateo. Amongst our customers, we can cite managed care organizations, workers
compensation insurance companies, conservators and fiduciaries, residential
and assisted living centers, Bay area hospitals and individuals who call
upon us to assist them in the following services:
Over the past 15 years, we have cared for hundreds of patients in the Bay area and we are sure we can do it for you or your loved ones as well. The procedure is fairly straightforward. We will take the necessary information on an intake form. Our skilled staff will then set up a time when we can do an initial assessment. At that meeting, which usually takes place in the client's home, but can also start in the hospital. At that time we evaluate the needs of the client and answer any questions you may have regarding the care and requirements for providing the best care possible to keep your loved one in their home. We keep in close contact with our clients and their families and encourage close communication with our clients and our staff. This initial skilled nursing assessment is complimentary if we provide service. Ongoing supervision ensures the needs of our clients are met as changes occur.
